While the PPO plan covered basic treatments, the plan premiums and out-of-pocket expenses for the remaining treatments greatly exceeded the C500 dental savings plan rates. Consequently, the employee experiences higher OOP costs with the PPO plan than they would have with our C500 savings plan.
